Gartner Security & Risk Management Summit
Three days of booth coverage on my own. I’d just built a motion graphics pipeline, so an interview could go from camera to a finished, captioned cut in about 30 minutes.

Questions from the pillars
Our head of growth marketing gave me a document of marketing pillars. I turned them into interview questions, so every interview at the booth would line up with the campaign messaging that came after the event. We set the goal ahead of time as brand visibility over lead generation. I had just joined, and the priority was getting content. Partners spoke at the booth, and I had a schedule for each day’s coverage.
Film all day, cut at night
During the day I filmed the booth talks and fit interviews in between. When the talks were done, I edited. Each video took about 30 minutes, and the longest part was uploading on conference Wi-Fi. I set up a shared drive for the social team and uploaded photos and booth content throughout the day, happy hour included.
Why 30 minutes was possible
Right before Gartner I built a motion graphics pipeline with Claude Design. A word-by-word transcript out of Premiere becomes animated captions and callouts that I lay over the cut. With the questions already aligned to the messaging and the graphics pipeline ready, editing became the fast part of the day.
